Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
At Yuvitel Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services and products. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where refunds or cancellations are necessary. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be granted.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellation:
    Clients can request the cancellation of services anytime before the commencement of the service or project. Once the service has begun or the project is underway, cancellations may not be possible.

    • If the cancellation request is made within 7 days prior to the start of the service, 100% of the service fee will be refunded.
    • If the cancellation request is made after the start of the service, no refund will be provided.
  • Product Cancellation:
    For software or product purchases, the client can request cancellation within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product has not been installed or used.

    • Once a product has been installed or used, the cancellation request will be subject to approval based on the product usage terms.

3. Refund Policy

  • Service Refunds:
    Refunds for services are granted under the following conditions:

    • If the service is cancelled within the 7-day cancellation window (as stated above).
    • If Yuvitel Technologies fails to deliver the service as agreed upon in the contract due to internal issues or inability to meet service terms.
  • Product Refunds:
    Refunds for purchased products are granted under the following conditions:

    • A request for a refund is made within 14 days of the purchase, and the product has not been used or activated.
    • If the product delivered is defective or not as described, the client must notify Yuvitel Technologies within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a refund or replacement.

4. Non-Refundable Services and Products

  • Custom software development services, after initiation or progress on the project, will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Subscription-based services, once availed, cannot be cancelled or refunded after usage has commenced.
  • Any third-party products or services purchased through Yuvitel Technologies will follow the refund and cancellation policy of the respective third party.

5. Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the same method of payment originally used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to be reflected in the client’s account.
