Job Description: What We're Looking For - At least four years of administrative and clerical experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite and Windows.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently in a busy, open work space.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including professional telephone and office etiquette.
- A positive, proactive attitude with flexibility to meet the needs of students, faculty, and staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong proofreading, record-keeping, and database management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement. In addition, staff agree to live in agreement with PLNU's Community Life Covenant .

What You'll Be Doing - Providing administrative and secretarial support to the SOTCM Dean and faculty, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
- Managing budgets, tracking expenses, processing payments, and preparing financial reports for SOTCM programs.
- Coordinating faculty evaluations, faculty hiring processes (including adjunct onboarding and contracts), and ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Overseeing course scheduling for undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as maintaining academic calendars and faculty assignments.
- Supporting program accreditation and assessment processes, including data collection, reporting, and maintaining institutional records.
- Planning and coordinating departmental events such as awards ceremonies, conferences, chapels, and faculty/student trips.
- Serving as a liaison with campus departments (Admissions, Records, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
- Managing SOTCM communication efforts, including maintaining the website, creating marketing materials, and posting on social media accounts.
