Job Overview
As an Advisor Development Consultant (ADC), you will be a key player in supporting independent agents and agencies with marketing strategies, financial planning solutions, and fixed annuity knowledge. Your primary role is to build lasting relationships with clients, expanding and retaining an active base of agents. You'll have the opportunity to work in a competitive financial services environment where your drive and customer-focused approach will directly contribute to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Calls:
Recruit financial advisors
Provide training on product solutions and marketing programs
Help financial advisors grow their practices
Inbound Call Support:
Respond to inquiries regarding products, marketing solutions, and services designed to improve business operations
Performance Targets:
Meet monthly sales goals and call activity expectations
Ongoing Learning:
Participate in continuous training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and products
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry competition and changes in the financial landscape

Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of three years of successful experience in sales or as an internal sales consultant
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with strong typing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Licensing:
State Life Insurance License required
Series 6, 63, 7, 65, or 66 preferred but not required
Education:
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Travel:
Some travel may be required

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$30k - $50k, based on experience
Variable Compensation:
Revenue sharing
Profit Sharing:
Bonus program starting in Year 2
