Position Overview

Luxus Build is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida . The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience managing large-scale, high-end luxury residential projects and working directly with discerning clients. This role requires a skilled leader who can oversee projects from concept to completion while ensuring exceptional quality and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design and execution of luxury residential projects from initial concept through construction completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, providing clear communication and ensuring their vision is realized.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, and contractors to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project schedules and milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review design documentation, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent and project objectives.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project team.
• Attend on-site meetings, conduct site visits, and provide construction administration support to ensure design integrity throughout the build process.
• Proactively identify and resolve design, technical, and logistical challenges to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects .
• Proven track record of delivering high-end, custom residential designs for prominent clients.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and maintain positive client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when interfacing with elite clientele.
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit , AutoCAD , and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong understanding of Miami's zoning codes, building regulations, and permitting processes.
• Licensure as a registered architect is preferred.
