We utilize new ideas and innovative perspectives to transform public discourse and policy. We promote frameworks and strategies that address a vision of racial justice that embraces the intersections of race, gender, class, and the array of barriers that disempower those who are marginalized in society. AAPF is dedicated to advancing and expanding racial justice, gender equality, and the indivisibility of all human rights, both in the U.S. and internationally.

AAPF is seeking an Arts & Media Digital Fellow to join our 2025 cohort!

Responsibilities for the Arts & Media Digital Fellow include:

  • Refining skills in content creation, communication, and strategic thinking
  • Attending workshops and meetings covering topics such as: graphic design software, video editing tools, digital storytelling techniques
  • Networking opportunities that offer introductions to professionals in the field
  • Having discussions about potential career paths within digital media and advocacy
  • Portfolio development and review

The Summer Fellow will benefit AAPF by:

  • Creating digital and print assets for summer marketing and crucial campaigns

Duration:

  • 8‑week full‑time fellowship, starting Monday, June 23, 2025, and concluding Friday, August 19, 2025.

Time Commitment:

  • Approximately 35–40 hours per week, structured as a traditional full-time schedule.

How to Apply These Details:

  • Fellows should be prepared to work full-time without other concurrent commitmentsduring this period, allowing full immersion into the role and access to seasonal events and materials.
