Associate Director, Global Sector Lead
We are seeking a successful, experienced professional familiar with early career talent acquisition practices in one of the following industries: Entertainment/Sports/Media/Gaming and allied industries. This individual will serve in a hybrid role as an industry relationship manager and student career preparation coach (internally referred to as "Global Sector Lead"). This individual will promote the services we offer and prepare strategic recommendations that best support the employer's talent acquisition objective(s). This individual joins a team of experienced industry professionals who advise and coach students regarding career opportunities and job search strategies .

The annual base salary range for this position is $78,709.17 - $105,295.93. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
Work Arrangement
On-site full-time on campus with the ability to work evenings and occasional weekends. Limited remote work flexibility with supervisory approval.
