Job Description

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

  • Education: I require a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in product management is essential, preferably with an emphasis on AI and automation technologies. Familiarity with Power Automate, Open AI, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Agent, and AI Services is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: I seek candidates with a strong grasp of AI, machine learning, automation tools, and related technologies, or the capability to quickly learn these platforms.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams is essential for driving product development from concept to launch.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make decisions based on data.
  • Communication: I look for outstanding verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric mindset with experience in gathering and implementing customer feedback into the product development process.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, with a successful record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, along with the capability to lead Agile development teams and assist in overcoming obstacles across multiple initiatives.
  • Innovation: A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation.
Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy and Vision: I will assist leadership in developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy for AI and automation solutions that align with our company goals and market demands.
  • Roadmap Development: I will create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap outlining the development and release schedule of AI and automation features and products.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with stakeholders, including executives, engineers, data scientists, and clients, is essential to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Product Development: I will lead the product development lifecycle across multiple teams, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Market Analysis: I will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges within the AI and automation space.
  • Customer Focus: Engaging with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback is key, as I will incorporate this feedback into the product development process to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: I will support the AI and Automation Center of Excellence team by providing technical guidance to development teams, helping to eliminate obstacles, and ensuring the use of best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Performance Monitoring: I will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI and automation products and make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvement.
  • Documentation and Training: I will develop and maintain thorough product documentation and offer training and support to internal teams and customers.
  • Communication: Regularly communicating the status, issues, and risks to the leadership team is crucial. I will also convey the program's value to executives and stakeholders through meetings to promote it throughout the organization.
