Job Description

Class A drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (can be local, regional or OTR – neither does any Class B experience) get home weekends earning an average of $1700-$2300/WK

• Drivers will make deliveries to stores by placing boxes on a conveyor belt. Store personnel take items off the conveyor belt and put them into inventory.
• Drivers are paid mileage pay ranging from .50CPM to .69CPM based on experience, $25/Stop (average trailer has 3 stops), and $245/Trailer unload. Drivers will average 3 trailers a week and run in AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, WV.
• Drivers will make pickups on Sunday and deliveries are made Monday AM – Friday, so the driver will be home on the weekend.
• There is a $1000 sign-on bonus ($500 after the first load and $500 after 30 days).
• Full benefits including health, dental, PTO, vision, and 401K start after 30 days.
• Drivers may have a rider and a pet from day one although they may not ride with the driver while training on the account.
• Drivers are trained at $150/Day and will train for 3-6 days on the account and then run on their own.

HIRING AREA INCLUDES COLUMBUS, OH; CINCINNATI, OH; LEXINGTON, KY; LOUISVILLE, KY; NASHVILLE, TN; KNOXVILLE, TN; CHATTANOOGA, TN; AND DOWN TO ATLANTA. ALSO INCLUDES 50 MILES AROUND BIRMINGHAM, AL IN WV MUST LIVE NW OF CHARLESTON. DRIVERS CAN NOT HAVE EVER FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG TEST EVER IN THEIR CAREER.

• Drivers must have 3 months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from your last job for any safety reason. If terminated for a safety reason, you must run with another carrier for six months.
• No more than one DOT Preventable Accident in the last three years and no more than three accidents/incidents during that time.
• No major moving violations in the last year and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Cannot have:

• More than 4 jobs in the last year
• 6 jobs in the last 2 years
• 8 jobs in the last 3 years
