What You'll Do:
✅ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
✅ Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
✅ Look up orders and parts using internal systems
✅ Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate data
✅ Follow up with customers to gather missing information
✅ Build strong relationships with dealers by sharing relevant discounts and promotions
✅ Manage inbound calls from customers, dealers, and other stakeholders
✅ Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis
✅ Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
✅ Balance inbound and outbound calls to ensure excellent service

What We're Looking For:
✔ Customer service experience - Ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and care
✔ Microsoft Excel proficiency - Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data management
✔ Strong communication skills - Ability to engage with customers and build relationships
