The Opportunity:

As a Financial Services Professional at Strategic Financial Group, you'll be the driver behind our clients' financial success. Starting your journey at an entry level, you’ll be given the opportunity to learn from our seasoned professionals while building strong client relationships and fostering growth within our business. You'll play a key role in developing strategic financial plans, analyzing financial data, forecasting trends, and working closely with our team to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client's financial status, develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Assist with financial forecasting and modeling to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with team to share best practices and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Life and Health Insurance Licenses
  • Willingness to obtain FINRA licenses, Series 7 & Series 66.
  • Experience in sales, business development or client acquisition is a plus.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing financial role.
  • Advanced degree or certification such as MBA, CFA, or CFP.
  • Experience with financial planning software.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.
