The Illinois Department of Corrections is seeking an energetic candidate to serve as the Food Production Corrections Industry Supervisor for the Illinois Correctional Industries located at Western Illinois Correctional Center. This candidate will supervise staff and assign work to subordinates in a food production setting. Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain production schedules as well as records in the industries shop. Furthermore, the Food Production Corrections Industry Supervisor will supervise workers in custody in the tools of the trade while making sure they learn the skills necessary to secure employment with a livable wage.
