We are conducting a search for a motivated and reliable Front Desk Receptionist with prior experience in a law firm to join a well-known legal firm in New York.

As the frontline ambassador of our law firm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and clients receive exceptional service. What You’ll Do:

· Warmly welcome clients to our office and ensure their needs are met promptly.

· Efficiently schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook

· Handle a high volume of calls, directing them to the appropriate parties with professionalism and courtesy.

· Maintain accurate records of appointments and walk-ins in our visitor log.

· Organize and prioritize incoming correspondence, labeling them appropriately for case management.

· Assist with outgoing mail and ensure the front waiting area is well-maintained and stocked.

· Provide general office support and assist with various projects as needed.

· Proficiency in operating and managing multiple phone lines.

· Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
