Yingtao, a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant in New York City, is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our front-of-house team and uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

As General Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service, and cultivating a strong team culture. You will work closely with ownership, the culinary team, and the beverage director to deliver an elevated yet welcoming guest experience.

• Lead and mentor FOH staff, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including service execution, reservations, and guest relations.
• Collaborate with the beverage and culinary teams to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Oversee financial performance, including cost controls and revenue goals.
• Drive staff training initiatives to ensure continuous growth and development.
• Build relationships with guests, regulars, and industry professionals.
• Work closely with marketing and events teams to develop promotions and special experiences.

• A hospitality leader with a passion for fine dining and guest experience.
• At least 3-5 years of management experience in a high-caliber restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in reservation management systems and operational logistics.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment with grace.
