Tetra Tech is looking for a HR/Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team. If you’re an HR professional who enjoys supporting multiple facets of HR, including both customer-facing and “behind the scenes” roles, this is the opportunity you’re looking for! As the HR/Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring that our internal processes are completed in a smooth and effective manner for all employees.
- Assist with full cycle recruiting actions, including maintenance of job postings, interview scheduling, offer letter coordination, and more.
- Maintain data within our HRMS, including data entry transactions for hires, terminations and other employee record changes.
- Provide additional support for recurring HR functions and tasks, such as annual benefit open enrollment, employee training administration, and more.
To be a successful HR/Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll need to be:
- A Human Resources or Recruiting professional with a minimum of one year of experience supporting multiple HR functions simultaneously. Your experience should demonstrate a general understanding of federal and state laws and regulations as they relate to employment law, such as required employment tasks, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Teams.
- Knowledgeable in current HRMS technology, demonstrating the ability to utilize or adapt to multiple HR systems effectively and input data with minimal errors.
- A ble to provide a high level of customer service to all clients, emphasizing responsiveness and dependability.
- Effective at communicating in written and verbal formats, including the ability to communicative effectively across multiple mediums (email, chat boxes, phones, etc.)

The compensation range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00 an hour; individual compensation will vary within this range based on your skills, qualifications and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position as well as geographic considerations.
