Focus Heating has been in business since 2005 serving the Santiam Canyon and the Willamette Valley. We are a family owned and operated business based in Stayton, OR. Our business is based upon our honesty and customer service. We want what is right for our customer first! Not what is right for our bottom line. What We Do

We are a team of service experts who handle everything from small repairs of residential heating and cooling systems to large replacements of commercial equipment.

Key Tasks

• Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, parts and installation teams.

• Repair & maintain customer HVAC systems.

• Excel in customer relations.

• Keep company truck clean, inside and out.

• Keep truck inventory up to date.

• Properly complete paperwork.

• Join the on-call rotation.

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

• Ability to pass a clean background check and drug test.

• Have and maintain a clean driving record.

• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help with this.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3+ years HVAC technical experience 

• EPA certification

• Preference given to LEB & LEA holders.
