Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, QA, and external vendors.
• Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, risk management, and security standards.
• Conduct project reviews and ensure continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in IT project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
