Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Salesperson who is eager to assist clients with the purchase and sale of properties. Your role will involve conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, and providing outstanding customer service every step of the way. This opportunity is available for both part-time and full-time candidates.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service and sales
Active Real Estate License (or the willingness to obtain one)
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Prior real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: Up to $250,000 annually
Expected Hours: 10-40 hours per week, flexible
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
License/Certification
Real Estate License (preferred, or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
Compensation Package
100% commission-based pay structure
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support to clients
Use your knowledge of the local real estate market to guide clients
Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills throughout transactions
Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients

Prior experience in real estate is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
Full-time availability with a commitment to 40+ hours per week
High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
