We're seeking a dynamic Medical Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of material and logistics operations for a proposed repatriation initiative. This position is contingent on contract award.

What You'll Do:
Oversee and manage the inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and devices, including monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and ensuring timely restocking.
Direct the receiving and shipping processes for all incoming and outgoing medical supplies, equipment, and devices, ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and timely delivery.
Ensure that all medical supplies, equipment, and devices meet required quality standards by performing regular inspections and testing.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all inventory transactions.
Monitor expiration dates, lot numbers, and other critical information related to medical products.
Manage the maintenance and servicing of all medical equipment.
Ensure full compliance of all medical products and equipment with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Facilitate effective communication with other departments and healthcare personnel.
Coordinate daily operations with requestors, cataloging, purchasing, and supply chain management teams.
Oversee the movement of personnel and equipment to optimize operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize, and execute against multiple priorities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong PC/Microsoft Office applications background.
Knowledge of databases and spreadsheets.
Extensive fundamental knowledge of logistics and supply principles and supply chain management.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent data entry skills.
High school degree or equivalent.
Associate degree in a related field (preferred).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
US Citizenship or permanent resident card.
Current MRPT Clearance (preferred).
What We Offer:
Competitive pay (range: $51,000 - $125,000; actual pay will be based on background, experience, skills, and market data).
