Immediate Opening for an Office Assistant in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Responsibilities:

• Pull files from an STFP server and determine file types.
• Label and save files in the appropriate format as directed.
• Use Excel to track, organize, and report on file statuses.
• Maintain accurate records of files processed.
• Ensure all files are handled and saved on the company-provided laptop, with no downloads to personal devices.
• Communicate with team members and reach out for clarification when needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel (comfortable navigating spreadsheets, using basic formulas, and organizing data).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Must use a company-provided laptop for all work, ensuring files are saved according to company protocols.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently after initial training.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Must be able to commit to full-time hours for a minimum of two months (estimated duration until May 18, 2025).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ask questions and clarify instructions as needed.
• Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks but ready to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Pay: $16-17/hr
