Job Description

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the PCBA industry, with a strong focus on pre-sales technical support or a similar role.
3. Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and clients in complex technical environments.
4. In-depth knowledge of PCBA design, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
5. Familiarity with SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) and THT (Through-Hole Technology) assembly processes.
6. Proficiency in using CAD software for schematic and PCB layout design.
7. Experience with electronic component selection and evaluation.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
9. Strong presentation skills to effectively demonstrate technical solutions to clients.?
10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
11. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 1. Act as a technical liaison between our company and clients, providing detailed technical information and support during the pre-sales stage.

1. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our PCBA capabilities and solutions.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide accurate technical recommendations.
3. Provide expert advice on PCBA design, manufacturing processes, and quality control to help clients make informed decisions.
4. Assist in the development of technical proposals and quotations based on client specifications.
5. Evaluate client requirements and provide feasibility studies for custom PCBA solutions.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including datasheets, schematics, and assembly drawings. 7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in PCBA technology and industry trends to continuously improve our offerings.
