Job Title: Perm - Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Rate: $22.23 - $27.37 per hour + Full Benefits
Shift: Monday 8:00 AM 8:00 PM / Sunday; 72 Hours Per 2-Week Pay Period
Weekend Requirement: Rotating weekends per department schedule

Job Summary:
Join our patient-centered care team as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) , supporting providers and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the clinic. You'll deliver individualized care across all age groups-infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors-through collaborative and delegated clinical and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support:

• Perform rooming, vitals, injections, immunizations, and medication administration as directed

• Collect lab specimens and perform phlebotomy and in-clinic lab tests

• Support prescription refills and patient-provider communications

• Telephone triage and follow-up as needed

• May assist with x-rays (if licensed/certified to do so)

Administrative Support:

• Document patient interactions accurately and promptly

• Assist with care coordination and scheduling

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and clinical equipment

Requirements:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Required

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program Required

• Medical Assistant certification Required

Experience:

• Prior experience in a clinical setting Required

• Passed x-ray operator's exam or willing to complete if required by clinic Preferred

Certifications:

• Current BLS Certification Required

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• Proficient in computer software and EMR systems

• Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented communication style

• Willingness to travel locally (only applicable to Occupational Medicine)
