Job Title: Print and Graphics Project Manager

 

Work Location: Bentonville, AR (Hybrid, 75% onsite / 25% remote)

 

This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of Private Brand projects for a major retail client (Walmart). The role demands a proactive individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, building strong client relationships, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

 

• Serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project inquiries, representing the business with confidence and authority.
• Supporting Graphic Account Managers by ensuring information availability and project tracking.
• Proactively securing missing print assets and ensuring timely delivery of all project elements (briefings, photo samples, design, illustration, copy, and final files).
• Collaborating with the Client Director to establish and manage end-to-end project timelines.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key Walmart team members (BDLs, PDs, PMs), fostering collaborative partnerships.
• Engaging with the Walmart supply base, managing timelines, reporting on progress, and driving 100% process adoption and best-in-class retail standards.
• Proactively troubleshooting onsite issues and providing daily progress reports to the Client Director, incorporating insights from Graphic Managers and the Color Management team.
• Managing project updates, timelines, and reporting, including training and utilization of the Pro Spec Art system.
• Partnering with agency design teams to consistently deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
• Utilizing reports and data to maintain a daily overview of project status and promptly addressing Walmart queries.
• Conducting weekly touch-base meetings with the Client Director to review project volumes, status, deliverables, and client relationships.
• Proactively tracking down missing information and ensuring adherence to timelines.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

  PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
• Packaging and Graphics background preferred
• Experience with project management software is a plus
• Print knowledge
