Summary:
The Documentation Administrative Intern is responsible for administrative duties and documentation for the Voith Paper Appleton location.
Responsibilities:
Ordering, distributing, and maintaining office supplies.
Manage the incoming and outgoing USPS mail and packages.
Contacting employees to let them know if they have any packages.
Ensuring appropriate paper supplies at each copier.
Troubleshoot copier jams, replace toner, send service requests, and copier meter reads.
Printing, formatting, folding, and laminating documents to assist manufacturing.
Printing name plates.
Order conference room supplies.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Currently enrolled in a technical school or an Associate’s degree program in an Administrative program.
Proficient in the use of computers utilizing Windows programs as well as the ability to learn and use SAP operating system.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
