What You'll Do:

Lead Projects: Direct, manage, monitor, and control project work using appropriate project management methodologies (traditional/waterfall, agile/lean, and/or hybrid).
Coordinate Resources: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
Ensure On-Time and On-Budget Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage Change: Effectively employ change management principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Define Scope and Objectives: Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Allocate Resources: Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Manage Time: Perform project time management duties, including developing schedules, sequencing events, estimating activity duration, identifying the critical path, and defining activities.
Create Project Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project artifacts (documentation) such as Project Charters, Vision and Scope Statements, Risk Registers, Issues Logs, Communication Plans, Project Reports, and more.
Facilitate Communication: Identify and document key discussion points during meetings.
Manage Changes: Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure Performance: Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Escalate Issues: Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Identify Risks: Identify risks, decisions, dependencies, issues, and assumptions.
Manage Stakeholders: Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
Perform Risk Management: Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
Establish Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
Determine Operational Objectives: Analyze healthcare administration business functions and system capabilities to define operational objectives.
Document Software Requirements: Document software requirements specifications, including use cases.
Document Non-Functional Requirements: Document specifications for non-functional requirements, such as quality standards and design constraints.
Serve as Intermediary: Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the development team, ensuring requirements reflect user needs.
Create Workflow Diagrams: Construct workflow charts and diagrams.
Participate in Peer Reviews: Participate in peer reviews to validate requirements and ensure system adherence.
Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate test results and changes to end-product requirements to project stakeholders.
Improve Systems: Analyze current practices and design modifications to improve systems.
Conduct Analyses: Conduct insightful analyses to investigate operational issues.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience.
IT/Software Implementation experience.
PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications.
Healthcare industry experience.
Strong experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
Knowledge and experience in Azure or AWS.
Experience managing security and compliance.
Knowledge of SOC 2, HITRUST, and FedRamp/FISMA frameworks.
Ability to guide staff in iterative and agile development.
Experience with JIRA Software and Plans.
Experience with Azure DevOps and branch strategy.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience with Azure or AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
Experience with interface engines, APIs, and web development.
