Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property

  • Determine clients' needs and propose suitable solutions

  • Display and market real properties to potential buyers

  • Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers

  • Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

  • Minimum age of 18
