Position : Real Estate Virtual Assistant 

Working Schedule : 8a-5p EST

Salary Range :$1,000-$1,400 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate, and market research. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and proficient in using modern tech tools to support business operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Support:

• Assist with property research, listing updates, and market trend analysis.
• Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to evaluate property values.
• Manage CRM systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with real estate agents, clients, and vendors for seamless transactions.

Market Research & Data Analysis:

• Perform in-depth market research on real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI to create dashboards and reports for insights.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations.

Administrative & Tech Support:

• Handle email management, appointment scheduling, and client inquiries.
• Utilize software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other real estate CRMs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in real estate with market research.
• Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM softwares (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), PowerBI, MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret market data and generate actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization: Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with real estate listing platforms
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Ads).
