Job Description

We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist to work in the evenings M-F from 4pm-7pm and 8am-6pm every Saturday at our Jim Keras Subaru retailer on Hacks Cross Rd. We are seeking a reliable people-person who loves to communicate face to face and on the phone. Successful candidates must have excellent phone etiquette with a pleasant, professional speaking voice and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities

• Answer group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and organize/sort documents
• Address envelopes to be mailed out
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
