Job Description
The Recruiter provides recruiting services for assigned positions; including, sourcing screening and interviewing candidates. Performs the full life cycle of recruiting and maintains relationships with the hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. Develops recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to efficiently cover recruitment workload.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field required. 1-3 years related work experience required, 3-5 years related work experience preferred. Requires strong communication skills, both written and oral, a focus on results and a high sense of urgency to meet recruitment expectations. Strong computer skills needed as well as the discipline and desire to deliver results. Knowledge of iCIMS beneficial.
