Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Remotely  with our Northeast based client .  Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Responsible for helping build and strengthen the client brand by designing excellent marketing materials across all media to meet the needs of end users. 
• You will lead the development of Client marketing initiatives, including websites, web forms, e-mail marketing, demos, web-based tools, advertising, and collateral materials.  
• Lead the development of the web-based solutions.
• Support the marketing team by delivering various graphic design projects from simple to complex.  
• The job needs the individual to select the appropriate design approach to communicate the key marketing objective.
• Leads the creative execution, design, and development of Client Marketing materials, including websites, e-commerce marketing initiatives, e-mail marketing, advertising, and collateral to best meet the stakeholders' needs.
• Consult with stakeholders, study competitors' materials, and understand end users to ensure that the online and offline user experience meets the highest standards and that we continue to improve our marketing communications approach.
• Interfaces with internal business units to gather requirements and recommend improved features/functionality, usability, look/feel, and navigation on Client Marketing web solutions to improve the user experience consistently.
• Shapes visual communication strategies for business initiatives to meet the stated objectives and develops visual concepts to communicate the company message and ensure brand alignment.
• Proactively researches and prepares proposals for new web-based designs to management to support client and sales growth.
• Works with internal business units to ensure optimal website performance and load times.   
• Reviews key stats and works to improve the back-end technology for enhanced performance for the end user.
• Identifies mobile delivery and new coding methods for optimal user experience and site performance.
• Review all designs to ensure consistency and reinforcement of the look/feel of the Client brand.
• Collaborates with the Content Project Manager to ensure consistent content delivery and improve internal review processes.
• Presents design approach to executives for significant projects to support company objectives. 
• Effectively communicates design theory and approach.  
• Receives feedback and incorporates it as needed.
• Assists and trains junior-level designers via formal training and informal design reviews to ensure consistency.
• Act with uncompromising integrity.
• Provide outstanding service and build trusted relationships.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $40.00 - 60.00/ hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week 

Length: Temporary (6 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with Web design-related fields and advertising or marketing communications. 
• Minimum 6 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  
• Minimum 6 years of experience with Advanced design and development for mobile devices.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with 4-color press and digital production. 
• Minimum 6 years of experience with MAC OS, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. 

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Server-side language experience, including C# and PHP.
• JavaScript libraries (jQuery, Sencha, or equivalents). 
• Flash/Flex/AIR programming (or equivalent) and design. 
• Knowledge of CMS (WordPress, TeamSite, Joomla, or equivalents).  
• Agency experience.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
