We are hiring on behalf of our client in Downers Grove, IL , who is seeking ambitious and driven Sales Representative  to join their growing team! This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy the challenge of cold calling and outbound prospecting . You will play a crucial role in helping businesses find the right merchant services solutions while earning uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to merchant services solutions .
• Engage business owners, identify their needs, and present tailored payment processing options .
• Overcome objections, educate clients, and close sales over the phone .
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is required (phone-based sales preferred).
• Cold calling or outbound sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in handling objections.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
