Senior AWS DevOps Engineer Description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective DevOps strategies and solutions on the AWS platform
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Gitlab, infrastructure as code using AWS CDK python, Hashicorp Terraform and Pulumi
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of AWS and GCP infrastructure and applications by implementing appropriate monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery measures
• Design and develop a Monitoring framework to enable the product team to operate their workloads

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience working in a DevOps role, with a focus on AWS/GCP cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and CloudFront
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and technologies, such as Git, Jenkins, or Gitlab
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Pulumi, Terraform, or AWS CDK (Python) is required
