Job Description

Job description: We are looking for a versatile and forward-thinking Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a variety of software solutions, including low code, custom code, and cloud-based applications.

Required competencies include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to explore innovative technologies to consistently achieve desired results

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter who actively takes initiative to correct issues with systems

Required technical qualifications include:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Software Engineering (Python, JavaScript, No Code / Low Code)
- Experience with Software Development and Data Management principles and practices
- Experience working with current web-based technologies and infrastructure
- Experience with reporting visualization tools such as Tableau, SEEQ
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux computer systems


Preferred competencies include:

- An understanding of biopharmaceutical process manufacturing practices

- Experience working with GxP validated systems

- Experience with information management systems, data historians, business intelligence, or data warehousing tools

- Familiarity with batch manufacturing automation controls (e.g. RSBatch)

Preferred technical qualifications include:

- LowCode/NoCode tools such as Tulip Interfaces, Quickbase, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $40.00/hour-$55.00/hour
