IonQ is developing the world's most powerful full-stack quantum computer based on trapped-ion technology. We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world's best quantum computers to solve the world's most complex problems.
Responsibilities: - Work closely with Recruiters to design and execute an exceptional hiring process
- Coordinate phone, on-site, and virtual candidate interviews
- Provide outstanding customer service and guidance to candidates throughout the interview process
- Track required documentation and maintain detailed candidate records in applicant tracking system, ensuring a high standard of data integrity
You'd be a good fit with: - 2+ years of professional experience in an administrative or coordination role with heavy scheduling duties
You'd be a great fit with: - Experience working with a high volume of candidates and/or scheduling tasks, especially in the technology industry
- Experience with multiple video conferencing platforms (eg. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for improving processes
- Experience in a start-up environment
- Experience with Greenhouse
- Experience with the Google Suite
- 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Sense of humor is a MUST
Location: This position can be in-person or hybrid from our Bothell, WA office.
The hourly pay range for this role is $30-$35/hr, depending upon experience.
Compensation will vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. Beyond base salary, total compensation includes a variable bonus and equity component and a range of benefit options found on our career site at ionq.co/jobs. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided when a candidate receives an offer of employment. IonQ's HQ is located in College Park, Maryland, a quick 15-minute metro from Washington DC. We are actively building out our recently opened manufacturing and production facility in Bothell, WA (near Seattle). Depending on the position, you may be required to be near one of our offices in College Park, Seattle, or Toronto.
