• Be the rockstar team leader who guides and mentors our fantastic Guest Room Attendants
• Orchestrate the daily symphony of room assignments and make sure everyone's hitting the right notes
• Put on your detective hat and conduct room inspections to ensure everything sparkles and shines
• Be the go-to guru for your team, providing support when they need a helping hand
• Lead by example in maintaining our sky-high cleanliness standards
• Create that "wow" factor in every room that makes our guests smile

• Be the master of multitasking who keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications

Ready to join our amazing cleaning crew? Here's what you'll need to bring to the party:

• Got that high school diploma or equivalent? Awesome!
• Bonus points if you've got 6 months of experience making spaces sparkle! ✨
• A superhero-level talent for customer service and the gift of gab - because making guests happy is our superpower!
• Ready to rock the room attendant life? You'll need to be comfortable with:
• Being on your feet and strutting your stuff most of the day
• Showing off your muscles by pushing or pulling our mighty supply cart (it's about 200 pounds, but who's counting?)
• Lifting up to 30 pounds like it's no big deal
• Mastering the art of the bend, stretch, and reach (think yoga, but with cleaning supplies!)
• Being a cleaning ninja with tasks like scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Extra sparkle in your crown if you know your way around cleaning chemicals (safely, of course!)
• Ability to snag and maintain any necessary certifications - because we're all about that professional life!
