As the part-time Receptionist at this Howard County law office, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. The firm is seeking an enthusiastic, professional individual to help create a warm, welcoming environment for clients, guests, and staff, while also supporting attorneys with new client intake and retention. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy phone line and act as a professional point of contact for the public.
• Receive and distribute mail, and serve as a general gatekeeper for the office.
• Perform administrative tasks for paralegals and attorneys.
• Greet visitors and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and caring manner.
• Assist with the new client intake and retention process.
• Provide general office support as needed.
