  Summary of the Position:

The Reservationist will assist with all reservation communication between our restaurants Cotogna and Quince. The ideal candidate will possess the following: 

• A passion for providing memorable hospitality.  
• Excellent self-awareness under pressure.
• Professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience as a reservationist and/or concierge.
• Strong computer skills.
• Articulate communication skills.
• A graceful and warm presence.

Other Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Full-time onsite/in person position
• Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quicky and safely.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to comply with health and safety standards.
