Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) is looking for Systems Engineers to support multiple new and ongoing programs as we grow our business. Team members will develop, analyze, and allocate requirements; assist in system design using model-based systems engineering tools like Cameo/SysML; plan and execute integration and test activities; and work with engineers in multiple disciplines to accomplish project goals. We are focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development on schedule and within cost. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. We hold the option to offer a more senior or more junior position to applicants if justified by skills and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math field, with 6+ years of experience; or masters degree in a STEM field with 4+ years experience; or a PhD with 2+years of experience
• Secret Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
• Proficiency with MagicDraw (Cameo)
• Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
