Senior Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Project Engineer - PE

We're seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to lead critical infrastructure initiatives in Pennsylvania. This role combines technical expertise with project management leadership, offering the opportunity to shape essential community systems while working with a respected engineering firm.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple water/wastewater engineering projects from conception through completion
• Manage design and implementation of infrastructure for sewer collection, water treatment, and distribution systems
• Supervise technical staff and coordinate with contractors and clients
• Develop comprehensive facility evaluations and improvement recommendations
• Oversee preparation of construction documents, permits, and specifications
• Conduct sewer system evaluations and infrastructure assessments
• Prepare and review Act 537 Plans and Chapter 94 Reports
• Lead client meetings and public presentations

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania
• 15+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience
• Proven track record in project management and client relations
• Experience with PADEP regulations and permitting processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Act 537 Planning
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
• Municipal engineering background
